The shape of this problem

The answer exists and nobody can find it

This is one of our own builds, not a client engagement. It is capability evidence and it is described as such.

The problem

Employees needed one secure place for company knowledge, AI assistants, and tools. Knowledge sat in separate repositories, each with its own search behaviour, and AI tooling had arrived as more separate destinations rather than fewer. Every additional access point made an answer harder to find rather than easier, and none of them could be governed as a single thing - so access control, retention, and auditability were as fragmented as the content.

What we built

We built a single private workspace combining enterprise data management, enhanced search, LLM capabilities, and access to specialised agents inside one private workspace.

What moved

Measure Before After
Average knowledge-discovery time for indexed enterprise content ~12 minutes under 90 seconds
Common internal questions answered or routed to the correct source without a further repository search not measured more than 70%
Separate access points for knowledge, search, and AI tools replaced by a single workspace not measured at least 3

The ring is the whole of that measure. The grey arc is the other 30%.

Figures are drawn from the practice's own delivery records for the engagement named, measured against the process that preceded it. They have not been through third-party audit, and none is presented as an average across clients.

What it turned on

Consolidation was the mechanism - the gain came from removing destinations rather than adding capability, and a single workspace is also the only unit at which access and governance can realistically be applied. Relevant to organisations where each new AI tool has made the knowledge problem slightly worse.
