Nobody has ever put this on a report, because it is not an overrun or a line item. It is just how documents get into the system.

Four numbers, and most operations already know three of them. This is the most general of the four instruments, and its inputs are the questions a discovery call opens with - so a completed one is a scoped conversation before it has started.

Salary plus employment cost, in whatever currency you budget in. The result stays in that currency.

Reduction to model, as a percentage

60% is the default because it is close to the manual-review reduction measured on a delivered bilingual extraction system. It is not a promise.

The basis for this. Arithmetic only: documents × minutes × twelve, divided into hours, multiplied by your hourly cost. A full-time year is taken as 1,800 working hours. The 60% default is anchored on a delivered system where manual review time fell 60% after Arabic normalisation was done once centrally rather than analyst by analyst - your figure will differ, and the diagnostic is what establishes it.

They are estimating instruments, not measurements of your operation. Every one asks you for a number you are guessing at; the whole point of a two-week diagnostic is that it counts those instead of asking.
