What this covers
This website. Not an engagement, which is governed by its own written agreement.
One Industry AI operates this website. This notice describes what the site collects from a visitor, why, and what happens to it afterwards. It was last changed in September 2026.
Where we are engaged to work on a client's data, that data is handled under the engagement's own agreement and its data-processing terms, not under this notice. A client's documents are used for the engagement they were shared for, are returned or destroyed on request, and do not train anything.
What the form collects
Seven fields, all of them typed by you. Nothing is gathered in the background.
The contact form is the only place this site asks for anything. There is no newsletter, no account, no gated download and no form in front of any calculator.

What happens to it
It becomes one email to one mailbox. The website itself stores nothing.
- It is emailed, not stored.
- A submitted enquiry is sent to our own mailbox and is not written to any database on this site. There is no visitor record, no profile and no enquiry archive behind these pages.
- It is used to reply, and to scope.
- We read it, reply to it, and where a conversation follows we use it to scope the work. That is the whole purpose.
- It is not sold, shared or traded.
- Not to a partner, not to a data broker, not to a marketing platform. It is not added to any list and you will not receive anything you did not ask for.
- It is not used to train a model.
- Neither the enquiry text nor anything attached to a later engagement is used as training data.
Cookies, and what is not here
Two, both functional. Neither follows you and neither needs a consent banner.

What is not on any page of this site
- No analytics of any kind, first-party or third-party
- No tag manager, advertising pixel or conversion tracker
- No embedded video, map, font or script loaded from another company
- No chat widget and no session recorder
This is enforced rather than promised. The site sends a Content-Security-Policy that permits scripts, styles, fonts and images only from its own address, so a third-party tracker could not load even if one were added by mistake. The four calculators run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere, including to us.

One address, and the same reply time as any other enquiry.
Write to us and say what you want done. A request about your own data gets the same promise as any other enquiry: a reply within one working day.
